Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send us, so we can respond to your inquiry.
Quote requests: when you request a quote through our Catalog, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, email, phone number, and details about the piece or project you are asking about) so we can prepare and send you a personalized quote. We do not process online payments or sell products directly through the Site — the Catalog is for browsing and requesting quotes only.
Newsletter: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address to send you updates about our services, projects, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.
Comments: if you leave a comment on our blog, we collect the name, email address, and content you submit, along with your IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam.

We keep contact form submissions and quote requests for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. Newsletter subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Comment data is kept so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically, rather than holding them in a moderation queue.
Your rights
